Meet Morgan

Are you on a journey to find yourself? Are you struggling with how to manage panic attacks or PTSD symptoms? Do you need help with how to navigate the world or ethical non-monogamy? Hi, I’m Morgan, I specialize in working with people struggling with PTSD, federal employees, work stress, womxn’s issues, panic attacks, and non-monogamy. I’m committed to making each session purposeful and judgment-free, giving you room to grow with confidence. I use ACT, CBT, and CPT.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on what you’re already doing well. I use practical tools to help you understand your thoughts, make room for difficult emotions, and take steps that align with your values. Together, we’ll work on changing unhelpful thinking patterns, building coping skills, and healing from past experiences that still impact you today.

I believe every person deserves to be heard, and occasionally supported in their path towards positive changes. I know how hard it can be to ask for support, and would be honored if you reach out to work with me. I can’t wait to meet you.

  • Great experience with being able to open up emotionally and feel safe in doing so. I truly felt like I wasn't being judged and that I had someone on my team trying to help me better myself. I felt cared for and respected in the way I felt and I was given honest conversation. I have always been hesitant about going to therapy but this has changed my mind.

  • Morgan is a fantastic provider and the care given to me has improved the quality of my mental health in the time I have known her. I highly recommend her and the company overall. I am not a huge fan of therapy in general, but I do feel a sense of progress when speaking with her.

    L.V.

  • When I was 13, I got diagnosed with a rare and extremely painful health condition. I was terrified due to Covid. I could not go out without fear and seriously thought of suicide. Morgan was able to help me see a future that was worth living. When I graduated highschool I thanked her - if it had not been for her, I would not be here.

  • Morgan helped me see my value was more than just my husband's shadow. I had value myself. And my relationship with my family is better for it.
