Licensed Clinicians
Candidate Qualification Requirements for Licensed Clinicians:
Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) license that is in good standing and active in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
At least one year of licensed clinical experience.
Preference for clinicians who specialize
Passion for quality clinical work
Responsibilities:
Complete initial, comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of individuals, families, couples, and groups.
Complete treatment planning with clients at the start of services and continually in order to determine appropriate level of care and clinical needs.
Coordinate with community partners as needed for comprehensive client care.
Record client sessions, progress, and contact in a timely and ethical manner.
Implement interventions tailored to the clinical, cultural, and personal needs of your clients.
Maintain compliance with ethical organizations in implementation of counseling services.
