Anger isn’t the problem. Feeling overwhelmed, unheard, stressed, or pushed past your limits often is. Whether your anger shows up as irritation, snapping at people you care about, shutting down, or explosive reactions you regret later, support is available — and you don’t have to figure this out alone.
Our practice offers individual anger management therapy and a structured Anger Management Group, starting March 2nd at 4pm, designed to help you understand your triggers, build real coping tools, and practice healthier patterns in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
We have multiple therapists trained in evidence-based approaches for anger, emotional regulation, and stress.

Trouble communicating without escalation
Feelings of guilt or shame after reacting
Work or family stress that turns into emotional overload
Physical tension, headaches, or anxiety related to anger
Avoidance, shutting down, or needing space but not knowing how to ask for it
Feeling “on edge” more often than you’d like
Anger isn’t a character flaw — it’s a signal. Therapy helps you understand what it’s pointing to.
