No fuss, all for you.

Candor differs from other practices due to how the practice is run. We focus on ethical work and healthy boundaries allowing us to care for our clients in ways we wouldn't be able to in other larger companies.

When you have a billing issue, you can talk to your clinician about it and they can help figure it out; no more waiting to hear back from a billing department. When you need to schedule with your therapist, you can do it online. We've taken the guess work out of getting help. In the therapy room, you will find pointed solutions and assistance with your goals. Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job.

“Amazing group of therapists that have come together to meet the needs of a community- therapy that is honest, genuine and easily accessible. 10/10 would recommend!.”

Our Strategies

  • clients learn to stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with their inner emotions and, instead, accept that these deeper feelings are appropriate responses to certain situations that should not prevent them from moving forward in their lives

  • challenging the dysfunctional thinking that can lead to dysfunctional emotions or behaviors

  • a state of active, open attention to the present; observing one’s thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad

  • helps people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior

  • client directs discussion during each therapy session, while the therapist acts mainly as a guide or a source of support for the client
